Task 1 of 2 · ~10 minutes

Add 3 DNS records to your domain

These records prove to email providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) that I'm allowed to send emails on behalf of wealthenrichmentadvisors.com. Without them, every email Sarah sends would land in spam, or never send at all.

Find out where your domain is registered

If you don't remember, look it up here:

whois.com → wealthenrichmentadvisors.com

Scroll to the line that says "Registrar Name" — that's the company you bought the domain from. Most common ones:

Log into that company's website

Use the email + password from when you bought the domain. If you forgot, hit "Forgot Password" and they'll email you a reset link (to whatever address bought it — probably your .pro Gmail).

Find the DNS settings page

Every registrar names it differently. Look for one of these in the menu:

"DNS Settings"  ·  "DNS Management"  ·  "Manage DNS"  ·  "Manage Records"  ·  "Advanced DNS"

It usually sits inside the page for your specific domain (after clicking on wealthenrichmentadvisors.com in your domain list).

Notes if the form looks confusing

  • "Name" / "Host" / "Hostname" all mean the same thing — use the short prefix shown above (e.g. send), and your registrar will auto-fill the rest of the domain.
  • If the form requires the full thing, use resend._domainkey.wealthenrichmentadvisors.com and send.wealthenrichmentadvisors.com.
  • If Record 1's value is "too long" for one field (rare — only on older systems), split it into 255-character chunks wrapped in quotes. Modern Cloudflare/GoDaddy/Namecheap accept the whole thing as-is.

Save & text me when done

Verification kicks in automatically — usually within a few minutes, sometimes up to a few hours depending on your registrar. Once you text me, I'll confirm verification went through and we can run a test call.

Task 2 of 2 · ~5 minutes

Forward Admin@ to your real Gmail

Sarah's emails go out FROM Admin@wealthenrichmentadvisors.com. When prospects reply (or click unsubscribe), those messages need to land in your real inbox where you actually read mail.

Go back to your domain registrar

Same login as Task 1. Look in the menu for one of:

"Email Forwarding"  ·  "Email Routing"  ·  "Email Aliases"  ·  "Forwarders"

Free at GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Porkbun, and most others.

Activation usually takes a few minutes. Test it by emailing Admin@wealthenrichmentadvisors.com from another account — it should arrive in your .pro Gmail within a minute or two.

If your registrar doesn't offer free forwarding

Rare, but it happens (some Squarespace plans, some older Network Solutions setups). The free fallback is ImprovMX — 3-minute setup, free for 1 alias forever. Just text me if it comes up.

If anything in here is unclear
